宝宝五个月了，最近两天眼睛有很多眼屎，而且眼球有点红，请问是结膜炎吗？
医生解答：眼屎增多、泪水增多、眼睑结膜充血、眼球发红等症状，考虑是结膜炎。首先是注意卫生，不要让宝宝揉眼睛，平常注意孩子手部卫生。可以给宝宝外用托百士滴眼液，每次两滴，每日三次。记住！
家里的眼药水一般不可用于孩子，只用于成人。如果买不到托百士滴眼液，可以用左氧氟沙星滴眼液，这些均属于常用药。
宝宝眼屎多未必是上火
可疑原因一结膜炎症
宝宝出生后，很多家长怕孩子着凉，所以家里室温往往较高，细菌也容易繁殖，加上新生儿会不自觉地用手揉眼睛，易出现眼睛分泌物增多、泪水增多、眼睑结膜充血等结膜炎症状。若是严重的细菌感染，还会导致眼睑皮肤红肿。
★应对方法：
局部滴抗生素眼药水和眼膏可改善症状，结膜冲洗有助于炎症消退。滴眼药水前，应清除病儿眼部的分泌物。如果宝宝兼有大便干燥、小便黄、舌苔厚腻等症状，可以配合清热泻火、消食导滞的中药治疗。同时注意清洁宝宝双手，定期修剪指甲，以减少细菌感染眼睛的机会。
可疑原因二新生儿泪囊炎
新生儿泪囊炎是由于排泄泪液的泪道、鼻泪管堵塞引起，约2%～4%的足月新生儿有这种残膜存在，大多数可在4～6周内自行萎缩。泪水增多，下睑缘上由泪液形成的泪河增宽，内眼角处皮肤隆起小包块（挤压出液体后，包块可暂时消失）为主要症状。若继发细菌感染，在眼角处经常出现黄白色分泌物，挤压隆起处可有黄白色脓性分泌物溢出。
★应对方法：
由鼻根往鼻头方向按摩泪囊及鼻泪管，增大管道内的压力，促使残膜穿破。合并细菌感染时，给予抗感染治疗。
可疑原因三淋球菌性脓眼病
淋球菌性脓眼病为淋球菌感染所致，潜伏期为2～4天，常常由于母亲罹患淋病，新生儿在通过产道时被感染，双眼同时发病，表现为急性化脓性结膜炎症。通常患儿的眼皮会极度红肿，几乎睁不开，而且有大量的脓状眼屎源源不断地产生，若治疗不当，甚至会发生角膜溃疡，进而引起角膜穿孔，甚至有失明的危险。
★应对方法：
通常在新生儿出生时，医院会用1%的硝酸银溶液点眼，降低新生儿的感染率，医院分娩的新生儿，感染此病的机会增大。
可疑原因四角膜溃疡
角膜溃疡也可引起宝宝眼屎多，且其后果可能最严重。角膜溃疡多因不慎碰撞或婴儿不自觉地用手揉眼睛时，外物、手指或指甲损伤角膜对应部位，从而被细菌感染所致。周围环境不够清洁、抵抗力较差的婴儿易染此病。因为疼痛，患儿常哭闹，畏光流泪，不愿睁眼，眼球发红，出现分泌物，多数家长不能发现病灶，即使发现患儿黑眼珠上出现小白点，也很少意识到此事的严重性。?：“匹诺曹女孩”的鼻子变小了
★应对方法：
一旦诊断角膜溃疡，应立即用足量的抗生素类药物控制感染，阻止溃疡扩大。治疗时须在眼局部及全身同时用药。
可疑原因五眼睑内翻
这种情况比较少见。一些宝宝面部骨骼发育不完全，尤其是鼻梁宽而平坦的婴儿，常出现上眼睑皮肤向下延伸到内眼角，遮盖部分眼角组织甚至部分巩膜，导致眼睑睫毛向内推移，使眼球受到摩擦刺激，产生不适，从而出现泪水多、分泌物多等症状。
★应对方法：
○一般等宝宝到1岁左右，随着面部骨骼发育完成，睫毛自然会向外生长，分泌物会渐渐减少，可以不治疗。
○平时用温毛巾将分泌物擦干净，也可以用棉签蘸2%硼酸溶液，从内眼角向外眼角轻轻擦拭干净。
○若在骨骼发育完成后仍有内翻倒睫摩擦眼球，可考虑手术矫正。
新生儿眼睛如何护理呢？
1保持眼部清洁
第一步洗手
妈妈先用流动的清水将手洗净。
第二步浸湿
消毒棉球在温开水或淡盐水中浸湿，并将多余的水分挤掉（以不往下滴水为宜）。
第三步湿敷
如果睫毛上黏着较多分泌物时，可用消毒棉球先湿敷一会儿。
第四步擦拭
再换湿棉球从眼内侧向眼外侧轻轻擦拭。?：被冷冻后的孩子奇迹般的“复活”了
注意：
一次用一个棉球，用过的就不能再用，直到擦干净为止。擦洗完一只眼睛后，要换一个新的棉球再擦洗另一只眼睛。
2不要让强光刺激到新生儿的眼睛
新生宝宝的视觉系统还没有发育完全，对于较强光线的刺激还不能进行保护性的调解，所以对光的刺激非常敏感。
3不要带新生儿一起看电视
电视机荧光屏会产生X线，彩色电视机X线放射量相当于黑白电视机的二十多倍。这种放射线会引起厌食症，严重的会影响生长发育，甚至智力发育。
4勿遮挡眼睛
婴儿期是小儿视觉发育最敏感的时期，如果眼睛被遮挡，就有可能造成被遮盖眼永久性的视力异常。
5防止眼内斜
大多数父母经常喜欢在小婴儿的床栏中间系一根绳，上面悬挂一些可爱的小玩具，逗引孩子追着看。孩子的眼睛较长时间地向中间旋转，就有可能发展成内斜视，也就是俗称的“斗鸡眼”。正确的方法是把玩具悬挂在围栏的周围，并经常更换玩具的位置。
